The Hemophilia Center at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center accepts referrals from families and physicians. To make a referral, please contact Cindi Tillman, RN at 513-636-8790 and select option 2 or by fax at 513-803-1111. You may also contact us at blood@cchmc.org
When possible, we work closely with families and referring physicians before the child’s initial evaluation to obtain a detailed patient summary, copies of laboratory reports and other materials.
Consultation Services
Physicians at the Hemophilia Center can serve as a resource for other physicians by providing second opinions and consultations. For more information, contact Cindi Tillman, RN at 513-636-8790 and select option 2.
