Opportunities for Research Participation
Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center participates in clinical trials organized by the International Histiocyte Society involving hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) and Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH).
All patients who are evaluated and diagnosed with an immune deficiency are offered the opportunity to participate in the Immunodeficiency Registry; as a part of this registry, blood may be stored for future genetic testing or shared with scientists around the world who investigate a variety of immune deficiencies.
