Leukemia / Lymphoma Long-Term Follow-up Clinic
Established in 1988, the Oncology Program Long-Term Follow-up Clinic at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is one of the nation's oldest and largest programs dedicated to the multidisciplinary comprehensive care of children and young adults cure of leukemia and lymphoma.
The clinic is a model of multidisciplinary efforts to provide outstanding care, and includes physicians and researchers in:

- Neurology
- Radiation oncology
The center incorporates a research unit of the National Cancer Institute-funded Childhood Cancer Survivor Study. Dedicated medical oncology physicians and researchers provide consultation and expertise in adult internal medicine, facilitating the continued inclusion of patients up to 50 years of age for care and research initiatives.
