Child Abuse Consultation Services
The Child Abuse Team at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center provides consultation services for child abuse cases or suspected child abuse in the tristate.
The team also provides consultation services outside of the tristate area through telemedicine, using a secure Web site where authorities can post digital photos and exchange information.

- Case / Record Review: Members of the Child Abuse Team are available on a retainer basis for medical second opinions and multidisciplinary review of cases and medical records involving suspected child abuse.
- Scientific Research Review: Team members provide assistance in understanding the body of literature and current research regarding topics in child abuse.
- X-ray and Photograph Interpretation: Team members provide expert interpretations and evaluations of x-rays, photographs and other evidence in cases of suspected child abuse.
- Expert Testimony: Team members review records and provide expert testimony in cases of suspected child abuse.
