Colorectal Center Patients for Life

The ultimate goal for those of us at the Colorectal Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, as well as any surgeon operating on children with imperforate anus / anorectal malformations, is to achieve the best urinary control, bowel control and sexual function possible for the patient.

However, this is not always possible. And when it is not possible, these children should become our patients for life.
