The Diagnostic Center for Heritable Immunodeficiencies (DCHI) at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is comprised of three services working cooperatively to offer a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and management of patients with severe immune deficiencies:

• Molecular Genetics Laboratory, offering state-of-the-art genetic testing
• Diagnostic Immunology Laboratory, offering correlated functional assays
• Clinical Services: Immunodeficiencies and Histiocytosis Program, offering experienced medical management including stem cell transplantation.

The Molecular Diagnostic and Clinical Immunology laboratories are certified by CAP and CLIA.
