Bio
Dr. Mezoff’s undergraduate work was at Brown University in Providence Rhode Island however he received all his medical training in Cincinnati. He was a medical student and and pediatric resident at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from 1977-1984, and after three years of active duty in the Air Force returned to Cincinnati to complete a pediatric GI fellowship from 1987-1990.
Dr. Mezoff re-joined the GI division as an attending physician and professor of pediatrics after 18 years of leading the creation and development of the pediatric gastroenterology program at Dayton Children's Hospital.
Dr. Mezoffs specialty work is with Dr. Kocoshis in the Pediatric Nutrition and Intestinal Care Center where he is the associate director. He maintains an active general GI practice at the Liberty township satellite office.
