The Division of Human Genetics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center works closely with several medical programs, both at Cincinnati Children's and within the community:

- Prenatal Genetics with the University Hospital Perinatal Center
Prenatal tests (amnio, CVS, ultrasound) are performed by perinatologists on staff at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Genetic counseling services are provided by the Division of Human Genetics for procedure-related issues, and risk assessment.
- Adult and Pediatric Cancer Genetics with University Hospital
The program has a special relationship with the Barrett Center at University Hospital and the Hematology/Oncology Division at Children's Hospital Medical Center of Cincinnati.
- Adult Neurofibromatosis Clinic
The Adult Neurofibromatosis Clinic is associated with the University of Cincinnati.
