Research
Biochemistry and molecular biology of Saposins:
(1) Structure studies by mean of the fluorescence spectroscopy, circular dichroism, NMR, and site-directed mutagenesis method to gain insight into the structural requirements for saposins functions.
(2) Function studies by mean of the transgenic animal technology to elucidate saposins physiological multiple functional domain in vivo.
