For appointments, referrals, and general information about the Headache Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, please contact the Neurology Division, 513-636-4222 (neuro@cchmc.org). The Neurology Division fax number is 513-636-3980.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4 pm. Calls after 4 pm will be taken by the answering services.
If you have any problems, questions or concerns between appointments, please contact us, 513-636-4222. You will be transferred to the voice mail of the nurse or nurse practitioner you normally speak with so you can leave a message.
Canceling Appointments
If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please call the scheduling desk, 513-636-4222, option 1. This helps us schedule patients more efficiently and will open up an available appointment for a child who needs to be seen sooner. However, this may mean that your child will be seen at the next available appointment.
The scheduling desk is available 9 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday.
Emergencies
To reach the doctor in an emergency after office hours or on weekends and holidays, please call the office. The answering service will page the neurologist on call.
Please do not use the emergency number for getting test or lab results or for medicine refills. We are happy to help you during our regular office hours.
Location
The Headache Center is located in Location A on the main campus of Cincinnati Children's, in the Neuroscience Treatment Center.
