Overview
The Health Information Management Department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center processes, stores and retrieves patient's medical records. The department is open from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, for patients and families and 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to serve the clinical staff.
