Bio
Diane Proctor, RN, MSN, CNS, joined the staff in the Pediatric ICU at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in 1984 after working for 3 years in the Pediatric ICU at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She obtained her Masters degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 1985 and become the Clinical Nurse Specialist / Educational Coordinator in the Pediatric ICU. While her children were young, she resumed working part time as a staff nurse in the Pediatric ICU and Cardiac ICU. She joined the Department of Cardiology in 1995 as an Electrophysiology Clinical Nurse Specialist, following patients with heart rhythm problems.
