Bio
Jerri L. Hilshorst, CCP, is the chief perfuisonist of the Division of Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery at Cincinnati Children's. Ms. Hilshorst's main interests include pediatric perfusion circuitry and perfusion education.
In addition to her administrative responsibilities Ms. Hilshorst serves as a clinical instructor for The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, and The Christ School of Perfusion, Cincinnati, Ohio. Ms Hilshorst joined Cincinnati Children's in 1997 from the University Hospital of Cincinnati where she was a clinical perfusionist.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Circulation Technology at The Ohio State University in 1995. Ms. Hilshorst is certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion in Clinical Perfusion.
