Professional Education: Critical to our Mission
Professional education is an integral part of the Heart Institute’s mission. Our comprehensive training program offers participation in state-of-the-art patient care and opportunities for high quality research training in a variety of clinical, translational and basic science areas – allowing each fellow to become a skilled pediatric cardiologist, critical investigator and a valuable member of the pediatric cardiology community.
In addition to fellowship training, the Heart Institute also offers a variety of continuing professional education opportunities – including weekly conferences, Grand Rounds and CME courses – to help health professionals stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric cardiac medicine.
