Cardiology Process Improvement and Outcomes Research
Karen Uzark, PhD, is a dedicated faculty member of the Division of Cardiology responsible for Process Improvement and Outcomes Research at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Uzark has a national reputation in the field and is currently actively involved in Divisional process improvement, clinical pathways management, and outcomes assessment. She is the PI of a prospective multicenter study, funded by the Pediatric Heart Transplant Society, evaluating the quality of life after cardiac transplantation in childhood.
