Hematology / Oncology Patients and Families Share Experiences

The Hematology / Oncology Division at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is changing the outcomes for our patients and their families. As part of our belief in the compassionate, respectful family-centered care of every patient and family, we understand that the best reassurance and support for our families comes from stories shared by other families in similar situations.

Here are some stories of Cincinnati Children's patients and their families who have battled cancer, blood and immune disorders.

Sarah was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma at age 9.
