To request an appointment with the Hereditary Cancer Program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, please contact us by phone: 513-636-4760. A physician referral is not necessary to schedule an appointment.
The Hereditary Cancer Program services are located at the main campus of Cincinnati Children's. Appointments are also available at select contracted centers in the Greater Cincinnati area.
