To request an appointment at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center Hip Deformity Service of the Orthopaedic Center, please call 513-636-4454, from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
If the insurance plan requires prior authorization or referral, please make those arrangements before the appointment.
