Before setting up an appointment with the Hemangioma and Vascular Malformation Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, it is best to have a physician referral to our center.
As soon as we receive this referral, we will send you a packet of information, along with several questionnaires pertaining to your child's medical history. These should be completed and returned. We will then be in touch with you to schedule the earliest convenient appointment.
