Family Rock Climb with Rob Hill

Rob Hill, tri-athlete, climber, racer and ostomate let families on a climb the day before the 2007 IBD Family Education Day designed by the Schubert-Martin IBD Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

When Rob was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, he wanted to make a difference for those living with IBD. He became the driving force behind the NO GUTS KNOW GLORY! seven summits campaign--a quest to summit the highest peak on each continent to raise IBD awareness. When not climbing, skiing, running or biking, Rob volunteers at an ostomy camp for kids, speaks to patient groups about his experiences and encourages people to get out and conquer their own personal summits.

Our climb took place at the University of Cincinnati Campus Recreation Center. As you can see from the photos, we had folks from all age groups attending, and everyone had a wonderful time.
