The International Adoption Center hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
24-Hour Priority Link Service
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center Priority Link staff provide 24-hour phone service to clients who are established and actively involved with the International Adoption Center.
