Barbee Sjödahl, CPS, joined the International Adoption Center (IAC) team at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in October, 2001 and has never enjoyed a job more! "I love working with Mary Allen Staat, MD, MPH, Kelly and Robin, and talking with and helping the IAC families! They're all so wonderful. It's exciting to share a small part of such a fantastic journey with them!"
Barbee lived in College Hill since 1957, but is excited about her recent move to her new house in Monroe. She loves to travel and her hobby is climbing and photographing lighthouses.
In June 2005 Barbee accompanied a friend (who's also her next-doorneighbor and co-worker) to Bulgaria where her friend met her new daughter. It was an eye-opening experience and one that she hopes will enable her to help other IAC families.
