Overview
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center's Integrative Care Department investigates, teaches and implements the use of holistic approaches to health and complementary and alternative therapies with children.
Integrative Care was developed in response to strong interest among parents and staff about the benefits of holistic health therapies for children. Our mission includes patient care, education, and scientific research that will create new knowledge about holistic health and addresses the health of each individual's body, mind and spirit.
Throughout the year, we offer programs for parents, Cincinnati Children's employees and area health care professionals on topics such as meditations, stress relief and massage therapy techniques for infants and children. We also offer regularly scheduled, in-depth workshops on Healing Touch, therapeutic massage and other holistic topics for nurses and allied health professionals.

We provide outstanding family-centered pediatric integrative holistic care and are dedicated to education and research to expand capability and knowledge in this area.
