At your child's pre-transplant evaluation, you meet the entire Pediatric Liver Care Center team, which consists of liver transplant surgeons, liver transplant physicians, transplant nurse coordinators, gastroenterology nurse coordinators, service coordinators, a dietitian, a chaplain, a social worker, home care resource personnel, a child life specialist, a transplant financial specialist, a transplant administrator and other team members.
