Liver Transplant Volume by Patient's Age
The Pediatric Liver Care Center team at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center has a high patient volume, with an average of 25 transplants per year. As of January 2007, we have completed 399 transplants.

Of the last 25 liver transplants performed by the Liver Care Center team at Cincinnati Children's, 12 (48%) of the patients were less than 2 years old. Thirteen (52%) of the patients were over age 2.
