The Diagnostic Center for Heritable Immunodeficiencies (DCHI) at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is comprised of three services working cooperatively to offer a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and management of patients with severe immune deficiencies:

Molecular Genetics Laboratory, offering state-of-the-art genetic testing
Diagnostic Immunology Laboratory, offering correlated functional assays
Clinical Services: Immunodeficiencies and Histiocytosis Program, offering experienced medical management

We use state-of-the-art genetic and cellular immunology testing to provide clinically relevant laboratory results. The Molecular Diagnostic and Clinical Immunology laboratories are certified by CAP and CLIA. Comprehensive clinical services are available for children with heritable immunodeficiencies and histiocytosis.
