Medical Programs

The Division of Neonatology  at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center works with the many other medical programs:

  • The High-Risk Infant Follow-Up Clinic provides comprehensive ongoing services to high-risk infants through an interdisciplinary team.
  • Faculty are an integral part of the Fetal Care Center, a collaborative program that provides testing, diagnosis and intervention for complex prenatal cases. The Fetal Care Center is a collaboration between perinatology, neonatology, pediatric surgery and other pediatric subspecialties.
  • The Cincinnati Children's Regional Center for Newborn Intensive Care (RCNIC) is a level III neonatal intensive care unit which provides medical care to premature and critically ill newborns.
  • The multidisciplinary Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Team at Cincinnati Children's provides the expert care and coordination of treatment that is required for CDH patients and their families
