Overview of Services
Guest Services assists families traveling from outside the Greater Cincinnati area in making travel and lodging arrangements when they bring a child to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center for care.
Network representatives provide information about a variety of services, including hotels, rental cars, and transportation to and within Cincinnati.
The network also assists in making arrangements for lodging at the Ronald McDonald House of Cincinnati or at area hotels that offer discounts to our patients.
We are delighted to have a large Ronald McDonald House adjacent to the main campus of Cincinnati Children's. This "home away from home" for families of hospitalized children offers amenities such as dining, kitchen and living areas, a family library, laundry facilities and 48 sleeping rooms. Families may call for reservations 24 hours before their child is to be admitted. Guest rooms are assigned as available.

Recreation / Relaxation
Of course your first concern while in Cincinnati is the welfare of your child. There are times, however, when you may need to take a break by going to a restaurant, a movie or a concert, touring parts of Cincinnati, or working out.
Guest Services can help families plan activities and take advantage of discounts offered to families by local businesses and organizations. Please contact a Guest Services representative for information about specific activities available.
