Emotional Support
There are many support groups in the community and the U.S. where you may meet other people who are going through similar experiences. The following are ways to connect with some of the groups available:
- The Family Resource Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center helps to connect families with available resources in the community, region and nation.
- Tracheostomy.com is a web site that is not only a resource to families with children with conditions that require tracheotomies, but it also connects families with other families with children of similar diagnoses and care issues.
