Bio
Rick Goins came to the Department of Anesthesia to serve as the Business Director of the Division of Pain Management in February 2007. Rick is a Board Certified Healthcare Administrator and Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Upon receiving his Master's degree in Health Administration, Rick completed a Fellowship in Healthcare and Hospital Administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center. Since that role he has held positions as a HIPAA Security consultant and as a Program Manager for an Occupational Health Program.
