Immunization Tracking Module
The Child Health Administrative Services (CHAS) Immunization Tracking Module focuses on preventative services to ensure the highest quality health care to patients. The Immunization Tracking Module is designed to help you and your staff track and maintain individual patient immunization records.
The module provides valuable data for your office staff and contracted managed care organizations.
The module will allow your office to:
- Add, edit and delete patient immunization history records and view immunizations that are due.
- Produce a report listing all immunizations received by a patient, as well as those vaccinations that are still due.
- Create immunization appointment recall notices.
The system will display:
- Patient immunization history in date order as stored in the patient's transaction file.
- Immunizations that are due, based on the controls in the system.
- Immunization exceptions.
The Immunization Tracking Module is the product of a collaborative effort between InfoCure and Child Health Administrative Services. We are please to assist InfoCure in providing additional products that help physicians manage their practice most effectively.
