Premium Plan
The Child Health Administrative Services (CHAS) Premium Plan is a full-service billing plan managed and performed by CHAS staff.
Under this plan, your staff will still continue to manage the "front end" of the billing process. Practice responsibilities include patient registration, appointment scheduling, coding and charge entry, and the claims editor function. CHAS will provide the Standard Plan services plus:
- Submit claims, both paper and electronic, on a daily basis
- Perform all insurance and self-pay follow-up
- Provide a bank lockbox for your practice
- Post payments and adjustments to your patients' accounts
- Produce patient billing statements on a monthly basis
- Respond to customer billing inquiries
