Insurance and Billing
The Hopple Street Neighborhood Health Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care (Caresource), Children's Health Insurance Plan (CHIP), and commercial insurance.
We also realize some families have no insurance. For those with qualifying income levels, we also offer sliding-scale fees. If you belong to an HMO or PPO that requires a co-payment, the co-payment is due at the time of your visit. We will file all insurance claims.
