Admission Nurse

You and your child will be greeted by an admission nurse dressed in street clothes. You will be asked to complete a release of information (ROI) for each doctor, therapist or school that you would like to receive information about your child's ongoing treatment plan. We hope that you do not need to repeat information; however, sometimes it may be necessary to be sure information is clear.
