Non-Physician Referral Information
Parents who would like to arrange a referral to the Division of Pulmonary Medicine at Cincinnati Children's should first discuss the request with the child's primary care doctor. Most insurance companies require a physician referral before authorizing a specialist to see a child.

The Division of Pulmonary Medicine at Cincinnati Children's is located on the Cincinnati Children's main campus, Location C (Outpatient Services Building), fifth floor.
Services are also provided at Outpatient Anderson, Outpatient Eastgate, Outpatient Fairfield, Outpatient Mason and Children's Outpatient Northern Kentucky.
