How We Rated

Using a response of "No, Not At All," "Yes, Somewhat" or "Yes Completely," families rated whether or not the health care provider from the Division of Rheumatology treated their child with respect and dignity. Each respondent answered the question, "Did your child's health care provider treat your child with respect and dignity?"

Here's how we scored among our families surveyed, from January 2007 through March 2007.

98.4% of families feel their child was treated with respect and dignity.
