How We Rated

Using a response of "No, Not At All," "Yes, Somewhat" or "Yes Completely," families rated whether or not the health care provider listened to what they had to say about their child. Each respondent answered the question, "Did the health care provider listen to what you had to say about your child?"

Here's how we scored among our families surveyed, from January 2007 through March 2007.
