Wait Time to See Health Care Provider

How We Rated | Our Track Record of "Yes" Responses | We Want Your Feedback

How We Rated

Using a scale of 0-15 minutes up to more than 2 hours, families rated how long they had to wait before seen by their child's health care provider. Each respondent answered the question, "After the appointment was scheduled to begin, how long did you wait to be seen by your child's health care provider?"

Here's how we scored among our families surveyed, from January 2007 through March 2007.

53.1% of families said they had to wait 0-15 minutes.
