Bio
Kathy Mount, MS, CCC-SLP, provides speech pathology services at Children's Outpatient Northern Kentucky. She has 30 years' experience in the field; the last two were at Cincinnati Children's.
Her experience includes working with children 15 months to 18 years old in both public and private schools, in private practice and in the hospital setting. She is responsible for the Parent Orientation Program which launched in fall 2007.
Ms. Mount received both her bachelor's and master's degrees at the Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. Her clinical areas of interest include articulation and language disorders, apraxia and autism. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Ohio Speech-Language and Hearing Association. At Cincinnati Children's, she is a member of the Apraxia Team, Auditory Processing Disorders (APD) Team, Autism Team and the Insurance Committee.
