Air Transportation

Air transport includes the use of specially configured turbo-jet and Lear jet aircraft, which allows the team to help arrange transport for surrounding countries.

Equipment

The critical care transport team uses the most up-to-date equipment available, including invasive and non-invasive cardiorespiratory monitoring; transport nitric oxide; newborn and pediatric ventilators; emergency medications; chest drainage systems; and cervical spine immobilization equipment.
