Dear Colleagues and Members of the Women's Faculty Association:
We invite you to join or renew your membership in the Women's Faculty Association (WFA) of the Department of Pediatrics. Your membership in the WFA is critical to support the activities and goals of this association.
The WFA promotes career development, advancement, and recognition of women in the Department of Pediatrics. The WFA provides opportunities for women faculty and fellows to meet, network, and participate in informal mentoring activities. These opportunities include career development seminars for all faculty, as well as fellows, pediatric residents, and graduate students.
The WFA is open to all faculty members of the Department of Pediatrics, faculty members in other departments of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and members of the medical staff of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Clinical and research fellows are also welcome to join and to attend all of our activities.

- Opportunities to meet local and national speakers at WFA-sponsored events
- Assisting and encouraging worthy students at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine

Please consider using a portion of your faculty development funds to pay the modest membership fee. Please also consider being as generous as possible in contributing to the Louise Rauh Scholarship Fund. Contributions to the WFA are taxdeductible.
