Bio
Allison is a clinical research coordinator in the Cincinnati Center for Eosinophilic Disorders (CCED) here at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She enjoys working with patients and families, helping them explore their options for participation in many different types of clinical research trials.
Allison received her bachelor's degree in molecular biology from Princeton University in 2006. After completing her degree, she worked as a Postbaccalaureate Intramural Research Training Fellow at the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. Allison spent her summers while completing her degree as an undergraduate research fellow in allergy and immunology laboratories.
Allison has also enjoyed working as a “Mad Scientist” (aka Instructor) for Mad Science of Cincinnati, helping children discover a love of science through entertaining and educational afterschool activities. Despite many requests by the students, Allison promises she never blew up any schools.
