Bio
Jerilyn Shamroy, LISW, MSW, is a clinical social worker in Social Services at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She has been at Cincinnati Children's since 1975 as a member of the multi-disciplinary child abuse team with a focus on child sexual abuse.
Shamroy has taught at the University of Cincinnati, University of Northern Kentucky and the Ohio Department of Health. In addition to presenting professional workshops and consulting on child abuse, she has published in Social Work and Pediatrics.
She is the chairperson for the Social Service Department peer review committee, and maintains various on-call schedules for the department.
