Bio

Kate Zink, MSN, RN, LMT, CIMI, has been an RN for over 30 years with specialization in pediatric mental health. Professional experiences post master's degree include work as a psychiatric clinical nurse specialist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and work with youth with disabilities in the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. Zink received her Massage Therapy license from the Ohio Medical Board and joined the team of holistic health specialists at Cincinnati Children's in 1999. She currently works on the adolescent unit and is dedicated to serving youth with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and other chronic health conditions. Her intent is to improve quality of life by promoting comfort and healing. She is also actively involved in nursing research and plans to conduct research on massage therapy for youth with CF.
