Ordering, Delivery and Restriction Information

Ordering Information

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover only for phone orders.
  • Packages do not represent the exact item(s) that will be delivered to the patient. Like items may be substituted for a similarly priced item depending on product availability.
  • Floral arrangements may differ from picture due to seasonal flower changes.
  • If a specific balloon design is not available we will substitute a similar theme, i.e. Get Well.

Order Processing

  • Orders will be delivered at the earliest opportunity after the patient's room assignment has been verified.
  • If a patient has been discharged before delivery you will be notified by phone.
  • If we are unable to locate the patient you will be notified by phone.

Delivery Information

  • Deliveries are made to Cincinnati Children's main campus only.
  • There is no charge for deliveries.
  • Orders received after 5:00 pm weekdays may be delivered the following day.
  • We are closed on all major holidays.

Medical Restrictions

Some of our patients have certain health or area-related restrictions. Fresh flowers can not be sent to Intensive Care Units and the Hematology / Oncology Unit. We will work with you to find an alternate item for patients in these areas. Some patients have dietary restrictions or food allergies. Please be aware of this when ordering food items.

Hospital Restrictions

  • Latex balloons are not permitted in the hospital.
  • No fresh flowers are permitted in the Intensive Care Unit.
  • No fresh flowers are permitted in Hemotology / Oncology area.
