When you receive a bill from Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, you have several payment options.

Cincinnati Children's now offers you the option of managing your bills online, through Online Account Manager / eBill, free of charge. All online transactions and account information are secure for your protection.
Pay Your Bill by Phone
If you would like to pay your bill by credit card using your telephone, please call Customer Service, Monday through Friday, from 8 am until 5:30 pm at 513-636-4427 or use our secure form. Please understand information sent via e-mail is not secure or confidential. If you would like a response to your comments or questions, please include both your email address and telephone number.
Pay Your Bill by Mail
To make a payment by mail, please send your payment with the statement voucher connected to your billing statement.
You can use any of the following options to pay your bill, including:
- Cash (payable in person only)
- Check (please include your account number on the check to make processing faster)
- Money order (please include your account number on the money order to make processing faster)
- Visa
- Discover
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Diner's Club
