Directions from Cincinnati Children's Main Campus
- Go North on Burnet Avenue toward Erkenbrecher Avenue.
- Turn Left onto Erkenbrecher.
- Turn slight Right onto Vine Street.
- Turn slight Left onto Glenmary Avenue.
- Turn Left onto Clifton Avenue.
- Turn Right onto Ludlow Avenue.
- Ludlow Avenue becomes Hamilton Avenue (US 27).
Directions from the Emergency Department at Cincinnati Children's Main Campus
- From the Emergency Department driveway turn Left onto Erkenbrecher Avenue.
- Turn Left onto Vine Street (the walk-in entrance to the Zoo will be on your right).
- Turn Right at the Second Traffic Light onto West Nixon (just past VA medical facility).
- You will stay on this road for 5-1/2 miles. This road will change names four times (Nixon, Jefferson, Ludlow, Hamilton). Continue straight.
- Continue up hill. At top of hill you will come to Traffic Light at Belmont Avenue. (There will also be a church on left-hand side.) Keep going through traffic light.
- Cincinnati Children's College Hill Campus is located just past this light on the right-hand side. Enter the facility via the driveway on the southern side -- the first driveway.
- If you see Papa John's Pizza, LaRosa's Pizza or North Bend Road, you have gone too far.
Directions from Spring Grove Avenue
- Turn Right onto Winton Road, then Left onto Gray Road.
- Gray Road becomes Groesbeck and meets Hamilton Avenue in College Hill.
- Turn Left and go a fraction of a mile (0.12 miles). Entrance is on your Right.
Directions from Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway
- Take Exit US-127 toward North College Hill / Mount Healthy.
- Turn South onto Hamilton Avenue / US-127.
- Proceed approximately 2 miles.
- Entrance will be on your Left.
Directions from I-75
- Take the Hopple Street exit.
- Turn Left off of the exit ramp onto Hopple Street.
- At the first light, turn Left onto Central Parkway / US-27.
- Central Parkway dead ends into Ludlow Avenue.
- Turn Left onto Ludlow Avenue.
- Ludlow Avenue becomes Hamilton Avenue.
- Proceed approximately 2.5 miles.
- Entrance is on your Right.
