Visitor Parking

Free parking is available for Cincinnati Children's patients and their families and visitors in our visitor parking garage. Follow the medical center's main entrance off Burnet Avenue and turn right into the underground garage.
From 6 am to 10 pm, Monday through Friday, patients, families and volunteers may park at no charge in the visitor parking garage on the main campus of Cincinnati Children's, provided they get their parking tickets validated at one of the designated locations:
Simply give your validated ticket to the parking attendant and you will not be charged.
All other non-patient-related visitors who park in the visitor parking garage will be charged $5 per hour, with a maximum of $25 per day. Protective Services will staff the booth at the exit of the garage.
Payment can be made with cash or credit card. The parking attendant will accept:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo
From 10 pm to 6 am and on weekends and holidays, visitor parking areas will be accessible, with no fee.

For easy-in and easy-out access to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, valet parking is available for $3 a day at the main entrance on our main campus from 6 am to 6 pm.

Outside Guests
Outside guests, such as job applicants and those who donate their time to serve on medical center committees, may have their parking tickets validated at the A, B or C Welcome Centers. Valet parking tickets are not validated.

Same Day Surgery Parking
A section of parking spots has been reserved for patients and families coming to Cincinnati Children's for Same Day Surgery. They are located on level 2 of the Location A section of the parking garage, which is marked by orange columns and elevators. Follow the signs that direct you where to go.

Inpatient Hospital Stays
Patients admitted to Cincinnati Children's will be given two parking passes that can be renewed weekly. This will make it easier for family members who may be in and out of the garage several times a day. With this pass, families do not need to get their parking tickets validated.
You must go to Admitting to renew your parking pass. Admitting is in Location A, just down the hall from the Chapel of the Holy Child.

Finding Your Way Around the Parking Garage
Our buildings are identified by letters and colors. The garage uses the same letter and color code. For example, if you're going to Location A (orange), you should park in the Location A (orange) portion of the parking garage. If you are unable to find a spot directly under the building you're visiting, please remember that our buildings are connected along the Concourse on the first floor. There is a Welcome Center near every Concourse entrance.
Be sure to note the location letter, color and level where you park. For your convenience, parking reminder notes are available next to all garage elevators.
Depending on your destination, please park in the following locations:
Location A (orange)
The Location A portion of the garage is marked by orange columns and elevators. Park in location A, level 2, 3 or 4. Take the elevator to A1 for the Concourse.
Location B (pink)
The Location B portion of the garage is marked by pink columns and elevators. Park in Location B, levels 2 or 3. Take the elevator to B1 for the concourse.
Location C (purple)
The Location C portion of the garage is marked by purple columns and elevators. Park on level 2, 3 or 4. Take the elevator to C1 and walk straight ahead for the concourse and Welcome Center.
Location D (blue)
The Location D portion of the garage is marked by blue columns and elevators. Park on level 2, 3 or 4. Take the elevator to D1 and exit to your left.
Location E (green)
The Location E portion of the garage is marked by green columns and elevators. Park on E, level 2, 3 or 4. Take the elevator to the outside, plaza level entrance. Follow the covered walk to location E.
Handicap parking is available in each location.
