Clinical Concierge Program

Clinical Concierge helps out-of-town patients and families who need to make two or more appointments with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center specialists.

Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald House is located across the street from the hospital. Families may call about a room 24 hours before their child is to be admitted or 72 hours before if they are travelling from outside the United States. Guests are asked to contribute $25 a day but no one is ever turned away due to an inability to pay. Families are welcomed to the House on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no limit to the length of the stay but after each three-month period, the family’s case is reviewed with the physician and social worker to make sure the continued stay is appropriate.
