Clinical Concierge Program
At Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, we are pleased to offer a Clinical Concierge program to help make arranging your visit to Cincinnati easier for you and your child. This free service was started in 2005 and has assisted over 2500 families with the coordination of their appointments.
Our staff consists of registered nurses, schedulers and an administrative assistant.
We partner with our Guest Services department for help in arranging your transportation and lodging needs, as well as entertainment for any other services you will need while you are here.
To qualify for our program you must:
- Live outside the 8 surrounding counties: (Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Clermont, Boone, Kenton, Campbell or Dearborn)
- Need two or more appointments with specialists in separate divisions
- Have all relevant medical records in your possession, including growth charts, test results, lab results and radiology reports
- Show insurance information
- Provide a medical reason why your child needs to be seen by each requested specialist
International families requesting our services will be referred to our International Patient Care and Education Program.
